Stephanie is a seasoned facilitator, coach, and educational consultant with over a decade of experience leading adult professional learning. With a background as a teacher, principal, and instructional coach, she brings both depth and empathy to every session she leads.

Holding a Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.), she specializes in adult learning, context coaching, team coaching, and professional facilitation. She has coached hundreds of individuals and teams, always with a commitment to helping others show up in the world with clarity, purpose, and presence.
