Dr. Stephanie Hardeman, Ed.D
Stephanie is a facilitator, coach, and educational consultant known for creating spaces where people think differently, lead consciously, and take meaningful action. With over a decade of experience in adult professional learning—and a background as a teacher, principal, and instructional coach—she brings both depth and grounded empathy to every room she leads.
Holding a Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.), she specializes in adult learning, context coaching, team coaching, and professional facilitation. Her work is grounded in helping individuals and teams show up with clarity, purpose, and presence.
Stephanie is known for her calm authority and ability to hold both challenge and support. She creates environments that are reflective, engaging, and growth-focused—empowering others to step into non-reactive, conscious leadership that actually lasts.
