a three-part series
Wired to Thrive
Three evenings of in-person learning with a small circle of like-minded women. Learn to receive, see who you are becoming, and reset the internal settings that keep you playing small.
The series
Three evenings, one arc
Each session stands on its own. Together they build on each other, so the full series is where the deepest shift happens.
Session 1
The Art of Receiving
Many of us are fluent in giving and clumsy at receiving help, rest, praise or money. We'll look at where receiving gets blocked and practice letting more in.

Session 2
The Identity Reveal
Who are you when you stop performing the version of yourself others expect? We'll uncover the beliefs shaping your identity and name the self you're ready to step into.

Session 3
The Thermostat Reset
Everyone has an internal setting for how much ease, success and joy feels safe. We'll find yours and practice raising it so your new normal can hold.

Come as you are. Leave a little more like yourself.
For women who carry a lot and are ready to let some of it be easier.
Small by design. Twelve women per evening, so there's room to be seen and heard.
Practical and reflective. You'll leave each evening with something to try that week.
No background in Human Design needed. Just curiosity.
Led by Stephanie Hardeman, Ed.D., founder of Teton Teams Development, coach and facilitator with more than ten years guiding adult learning.
